Goget French provides French tutoring services including:

2. Bookings

Lessons must be booked in advance.

Booking confirmations may be sent by email or message.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed before lessons begin.

Payments may be required:

- Per lesson

- Monthly

- Per term

- Via package plans

Late payments may result in paused lessons.

4. Cancellations

Students must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling where possible. Late cancellations or missed lessons may still be charged. Exceptions may be made in emergencies.

5. Student Responsibility

Students are expected to:

- Attend lessons on time

- Participate respectfully

- Complete agreed practice or homework where relevant

- Maintain appropriate behaviour during sessions

6. Online Lessons

For online lessons, students are responsible for:

- Stable internet connection

- Working microphone and camera where possible

- Joining lessons on time

Goget French is not responsible for technical issues outside its control

7. Educational Results

Goget French aims to provide high quality tutoring and support. However, specific results, grades, fluency levels, or exam outcomes cannot be guaranteed as progress depends on attendance, effort, consistency, and individual learning factors.

8. Intellectual Property

All lesson materials, worksheets, guides, branding, and website content remain the property of Goget French unless otherwise stated.

9. Safeguarding

For minors, lessons may involve communication with parents or guardians regarding progress, scheduling, and learning support. Appropriate professional standards are maintained during all lessons.

10. Website Usage

You agree not to:

- Misuse the website

- Attempt unauthorised access

- Copy website content without permission

- Use the website for unlawful purposes

11. Changes to Services
